LONDON. July 20. Tn the House of Commons to-day the postponed clauses of the Irish Land Bill were passed through committee. After a debate the bill was reported to the House with amendments, and the third reading fixed for next sitting. In the course of to-day's sitting the appointments to the Irish Land Commission were approved by the House of Commons without opposition. Telegrams are to hand from Tunis announcing that numerous desertions are taking place from the Tunisian army, owing to the strong feeling among the troops of sympathy with the rising of tbe Arab tribes.
