ADELAIDE.

June 28. In the Legislative Council to-day the Hon. J. 0. Bray, the Premier of the new Ministry, made a statement, in which he intimated that a measure would be introduced which would provide for the adoption of the Norwegian scheme in order to prevent deadlocks. He further stated that proposals would be submitted for the imposition of a property tax, and for the extension of the railways in the colony.
