Is that fair to teachers and parents ?—I am, &c,
A Parent. Seventy-mile Bush, June 23,1881. [There is only one head mistress within the district who is not certificated, and she was appointed at the unanimous request of the committee, and has tboroughly proved her competency to fulfil the duties of the position.—Ed. D.T.]
