The Subdivisions are all pegged out, and numbered from Ito 54 consecutively. Subdivision 23 is reserved from sale. Tenders may be sent in subject to either of the two following conditions, viz : 1. Cash on acceptance of Tender 25 per cent of Total amount; balance in 1, 2, and 3 years at 7 per cent. Or, 2. Cash on acceptance of Tender 10 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1,2, 3, and 4 years at 8 percent. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
