ARRIVALS. June. 4—Ringarooma, s.s., from Southern ports and Melbourne.

The Union Company's s.s. Ringarooma, Capt. Chatfield, arrived in the roadstead at 1 o'clock to-day from Southern ports and Melbourne, but the launch did not return in time to enable us to furnish our readers with a report of the vessel's passage. The Union Company's s.s. Taiaroa, Capt. J. Anderson, steamed for Northern ports shortly after o o'clock last night. The s.s. Kiwi, Captain Campbell, is to leave Wellington to-night, and may be looted for here.on Monday morning. She is to leave again for Wellington on Monday night. The s.s. Result did not leave for Wairoa last night as was expected.
The s.s. Te .Anau, Captain Carey, leaves Gisborne to-night, and will arrive here at daylight to-morrow. Her advertised time for Ir-avinc for Southern ports, Hobart, and Melbourne, is 10 a.m.

Tho Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Association report the arrival of the ships Pleiades from Lyttelton (sailed February 25), and West Riding from Lyttelton (sailod February 18). Melbourne, June 3. Arrived, Union Company's steamship Rotorua from the Bluff. Sydney, Juno 3. Arrived, R.M.S. Zealandia from San Francisco via Auckland.
