Mr J. Maher, president of the local branch of the Irish Land League, has received a letter from Mr C. S. Parnell thanking him for his efforts on behalf of the cause, which he is glad is so well understood here. "For better protection" he says, " the financial headquarters of the League have been removed to Paris."
