PARIS.
April 26. The discordant relations which have existed for some time past between the French and Tunisian Governments have now resulted in open hostilities. Telegrams from Algeria report that tbe French men-of-war opened a heavy bombardment upon the Island of Tabacca, situ?ted near the coast at the western extremity of the Tunisian territory, completely destroying the town, and subsequently landed a body of troops.
