ATHENS.

The Greek Government has intimated to the Powers its acceptance of the Porte's proposal for the extension of the Greek frontier upon the condition that a peaceful surrender of the territory to be ceded by Turkey will be guaranteed. The Government, at tho same time, appeals to the Powers to protect the Greeks who remain under Ottoman rule in Epirus and the other Turkish districts bordering on Greece.
