LONDON.
April 12. A bulletin issued this evening reports that the Earl of Beaconsfield has again experienced renewed difficulty in breathing, and is still in a critical state. A conference of Land Leaguers held at Dublin has passed resolutions declaring the Land Bill now before Parliament to be inadequate to meet the demands of the tenants.
