March 25. The Governor returned from his Southern tour at 10.30 this morning. Mr Hutchison, M.H.R., for this city, will address his constituents on Tuesday. Mr Bracker, Deputy Grand Master of the American Order of Oddfellows, delivered a lecture last evening, the subject being " A Night with Lover." The Hon. T. Dick occupied the chair, and

the lecture was in aid of the Wellington Working Men's Club.
