It has transpired that the Ambassadors of the Powers have now made a proposal to Turkey and Greece that tbe latter should accept tbe Porte's offer of October last to cede the districts of Theesaly and Epirus to the south of Janivra" and Larissa, but the Powers furthermore suggest that the Island of Crete should also at the same time be surrendered to Greece.
