TIMARU.
March 2. A child named Violet Robertson died in a railway carriage last evening between Ashburton and Timaru. The parents are tradespeople coming to Timaru. An inquest was held this morning, when ? verdict of death from natural causes was rendered.
L. G. Holthouse, on remand for the careless use of firearms, was discharged with a severe caution from the bench for his recklessness.
