Mr M. R. Miller reports having sold Mr Thomas Tanner's Mount Erin estate, containing about 6750 acres freehold, -with all. plant and improvements, 25,000 cropsbred sheep, and 200 head of cattle to the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Wellington, acting as agents for the Hon. G\ M. Waterhouse. The price is withheld.
