February 11. New Zealand wheat is to-day quoted at 4s 2d per bushel, and maize at 2s lOd per 60lbs. The markets for brandy, kerosene, rice, sugar, tobacco, and candles, are unchanged. The steamer Gunza, which has arrived here from Levuka, reports that a destructive hurricane has occured there. Two steamers, the Kewa and Go-Ahead, which were lying at anchor in the harbor, sunk at their Tioorings. The destruction is great, but the loss of life is not known, as the Gunza was unable to communicate with the shore before leaving on account of the heavy sea, A summons has been issued against Bechet, charging him with setting fire to his warehouse in Barrack-street last month.
