In the fourth act, Drtunmoud in his cups lets drop hints which induce I Jr. < ! i ac o to believe there is fraud somowhoi <>, which he eventually succeeds in exposing, Alice i elenting, and making a full confession when she learns that Sir Harry had always loved, .and still cherished the memory of his lust wife. The acting of tho sevcinl pcifonncis was fully equal to the reputation they have established for themselves. The comic portion of the drama devolved upon Mr. Uarroll as a lawyer's clerk (Charley Wpraggs), devoted to the theory rather than the practice of tho science of the P.R., and Kitty Wobbler (Miss Patty Holt), his sweetheart. — Tho same piece is to be repeated to-night.
