It is stated that there is now boing constiueted at CionsUdt a submarine vessel of enormous dimensions. In it 2,000 tons of iron and steel have been employed. It is propelled by two powerful air engines, will be armed with a formidable ram and will carry all the means for filing to the hulls ot the vpssels large cylinders of powder, which it can afterwards explode by electricity. Two glass eyes will enable the crew to hud their way about, and they choose tuur course at any dentil they please below v. aUr.
