Piiunklnnkss. — Margaret Sainsbury and James Edisen were fined 5s. and costs; John McDonald, 10s. and costs ; and Samuel A. Weston was sentenced to seven days' hard labour for this offence. Allictd Lujceny. — Thomas King was brought up on remand charged with stealing a Crimean shirt worth six shillings, the propetty of .John Fit/Gerald. — On the recommendation of Sergeant Pardy the accused was discharged.
