The Directors have much pleasure in announcing that ' they have made arrangements for a GitAND OPERA SEA SO H, commencing as above. Messrs. LYSTER and CAGLI have the fullest confidence that the ensuing season will be the most satisfactory ever given in New Zealand. The addition of the charming Prime Donne Signora Bosisio and Signora Riboldi to those great Artistes who have already had the honour of appearing in Auckland makes this the strongest organisation of Operatic Talent ever formed in this country ; and the Operas selected are those which were the most successful performances given by thesn Artistes. Tn order that nothing may be wanting in the ensemble, the very best instrumentalists hare been engaged for the Orchestra, and the most efficient Chorus Singer*. Male and Female, retained. Subscription List at Upton and Co 's, Queen-street, Auckland, Now Op_n , and continue until Saturday* November 16, when the Box Plan will be throwa open to the public. Subscribers have the privilege of securing any pax ticular seats up to the time of closing the subscription list for any particular night or nights during the Season.
Terms of Subscription, Twelve Nights :— Dress Circle (Twelve Tickets, transferable, arranged for any night), Four Guineas: Stalls (Twelve Tickets, transferable, arranged for any night), Two Pounds Ten. Notice.— No Season Tickets will be sold after the Subscription Lists are closed.
Advantages to Subscribers. — Holders of Season Tickets will be admitted a quarUr of an hour before the public ; a reduction of one-third is gained in the price of admission ; the crush and annoyance at the ticket-office -voided.
