O'uue. — Hich stove was taken out last night. Windsor Castle — A patch of fair specimens was found this moiuing in cross leader. Albuenia. — Great improvement in leader. Twenty pounds specimens taken out to-day. Size of the vein still small. Uallakat and Rising Sun. — Twenty tons crushed gave 12oz. Bright Smile. — The lode is improving. Otago. — Gold is still visible in the lode. Maikeb quiet. Sales: Caledonian, £24 15s , £25, £25 55.; Sons of Fieedom, £7 2a. Gd ; Cure, £1 ss. j Windsor Castle, ss. JBuyeis . Queen of the Thames, 75.,u0 selleis. The tleciion is over. Baguall retired last night, and Macdonald this afternoon with consent of his committee. The Returning Officer has endorsed the writ with Swan's name and returned it.
