All transactions, and powers of attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. 2. No charge is made beyond the pnrohase money or premium, which may be paid half-yearly or quarterly 8. Should the assured die during the days of grace the policy wl)l still be valid. 4. Suirendor valuos are granted on the whole or any part of a contract whioh has endured for five years. 5. The table* of Premiums in all tho branches are considerably lets than in any other ofllce in Now Zealand. 6. Residence is permitted in any part of the Australasian Colonies and Europe, and premiums may be paid on the due dates at the nearest Money Order Office. 7. Insurances effected for the benefit of and settled on Wife or Children are free, to the extent of £2,000, from the claims of Creditors. 8. The Consolidated Revenue of the Colony is liable for all claims, in the event of the receipts, which are duly invested at compound interest, at any timo being insufficient to meet demands, thus affording the be&t security to the Assured.
