Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Directors to call an Extraordinary General Meeting of this Company, to be hold at Craigs Koyal Hotel, Ballarat, on Friday, the 14th day of June, 1872, for the purpose of increasing the Capital of the Company from £62,600 to £77,300, by the issue of 10,0 i 0 new shares of £1 10s. each. Tho Shareholders who cannot" attend this Meeting in person are particularly requested to sign a form of proxy and forward it, either in blank to the Manager, at the Office of the Company, or, filled up, to such Shareholder as they way desire to act as their proxy.
