MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.
Ckow^k Prince Goldmining Company. —An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Crown Prince Company was held yesterday in. the Queensferry Hotel, at two o'clock. There waB a good attendance of Bhi.rehold.er3, and Mr. McTavish occupied the chair. . After discussion ifc was decided thafc the meeting should Jjo adjourned until Friday at the same place, to enable the commiHee appointed— Messrs. Ashton, Honiss, Graham, audMcTavish— to procure thereqniaite number of proxies to constitute the meeting a legal one.
