The Government, having been empowered by special Aoti of the Legislature to enter into contracts for Insurances on Lives, and for the grants of Annuities and Endowments, are now prepared to execute any o ithe usual contracts dependent upon the contingencies of human life. The following advantages are presented as deserving of public attention, and especially of the Working Classes :— 1. All traniactions, and powers of attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. 2.
