PHOTOGRAPHS OF THAMES GOLDFIELDS.

Brfr ■tjfofr TO THE EDITOE. pSC— Permit me to draw the attention of the. spublic to a case of great hardship to myself My late husband, Mr. G, Pulman, compiled^ at great labour and expense, a map of the beat-paying portion of the Thames goldfield, which he phottgraphed, and it has met with » good sale. He has since died, and one of my principal sources of income is derived from the sale of copies of the photograph. But some person it trying to deprive me of that ; and copies of the same map, with a black border to cover my husband's signature, are being told, and, unless the public refuse to buy this forgery, my living to a great extent will be taken from me. I have 8k large family to support, and I feel confident that if these facts are brought under the notice of the public it may assist me. —l am, &c.» E. Pulman.
