PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
- 1 Superintendent's Office, Auckland, 20th December, 1870. IT is hereby notified that the Offices of the Provincial Government will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, the 26th and 27th instant ; and also on Monday and Tuesday, the 2nd and 3rd January, 1871. It is also notified that all Claims upon the Thames and Coromandel Gold Fields will be deemed to be duly protected, from Saturday the 24th instant, until Monday, the 2nd proximo, both days inclusive.
