The Service will be performed by the Powerful Side-wheel Steamers the 'NEBRASKA,' 2,143 Tons Register ; C N E V A D A,' 2,143 Tons Register ; € D A X O T A,' Of 2,153 Tons Register; j all built in 1805, xinder official supervision, and i classed extra Al at American Lloyd's. For passenger accommodation these vessels aro nnsurpassed by any afloat. Pei feet arrangements Imvo been made to connect with the Pacific R.vilway, and with the magnificent linos of ■steamers running between New York and England. Passengers will bo booked right through. First-class fare, from all port? n New Zealand to England, including the use of the celebrated Silver Palace Cars over the American Con tlnent, will not exceed £85. Second- and Third-class passengeis will bo taken at proportionately low lates. Return tickets at a reduced rate will be issued, and passengers will be allowed to remain over at any and all ports and stations called at. The contract time between San Francisco and Auckland, and vice versa, is 24 days. Passengers who may desire to proceed right through will reach England within 40 days from Auckland. Every exertion will bo made to make this the popnlar passenger route. Arrangements will be made to connect in New Zealand with the intercolonial steamers, so that Australasian passengers may be conveyed right through at a slight increase upon New Zealand rates.
