MR. uyer has given notice that he will move, "That a respectful address be presented to his Honor the Super.ntendent, setting fortk that in the opjoion of thl» Council the cost of tha erection of a markethouse should be borne equally by the citf and province, and that when the cityauthorities show that they are prepared with a sum of 2.000 Z. for the purpose of building a market-house, the Provincial Government should supplement it with an equal amount, and the work be proceeded with immediately,"
