Jambs Butler Stoney has become pro. visional trustee in the bankrupt estate of John Leydon, auctioneer, Shortland. — Samuel Vaile and John Rippon Vaile, linendrapers, Auckland, have made a deed of arrangement on behalf of their several creditors, whereby they covenant to pay a certain " composition to all their creditors." — A second meeting of the creditors of G-eo-ge Miller Cameron was held yesterday.
