A cargo of new Chilian imported sold at 5s 7£d. There is very little demand for barley and oats. Candles : Best brands, 10^d ; inferior down to 9d; light weights, 8d to B^d. Coals: Company's quotations at Newcastle are 8s f. o. b. Prime figs and muscatels continue scarce and saleable. Plantation coffee, 9d to 9|d. Groceries and oilmen's stores only saleable in small lots for trade orders. Liquors : We have no change to report. , Teas : A few small parcels were placed I daring last week, at low rates. Maize, 3s 8d; oaten hay, 3s 3d to 5s 9d ; lucerne hay, 4s 6d to 5s 6d ; straw, 2s 6d to 3s 9d." ]
