ALL that PARCEL of LAND in the province of Auckland, situate in the county of Mangonui, containing by admeasurement 456 acres more or less, at MANGATETE; and also, all those PARCELS of LAND in the province of Auckland aforesaid, containing by adme isurement 400 or 440 acres, in the parish of AHIPAP.A, in the County of Mangonui, and being Allotment No. 53, the northeastern portion of Allotment No. 51, and the south-western portion of Allotment No. 54, the north-eastern of Allotment No. 51 ; and also all that PARCEL of LAND in the piovince of Auckland aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 40 acreß more or less, situated in the parish of AHIPARA, in the county of Mangouui, and being south-western portion of Allotment No. 51.
