THE LADYBTRD AND HAND OF FRIENDSHIP GOLDMINING COMPANY {RE GISTERED). fpAKE NOTICE that under authoiity of a X warrant under the hand and seal of Mr. Warden Davy, dated the 9th day of June, 1870, I, ALFRED BLAKESLEY, Bailiff of the above-named Court, holden at Grahamstown, have this day SEIZED in execution ALL the RIGHT, TITLE, and INTEREST of the Ladybird and Hand of Friendship Goldmining Company (Registered), the above-named Defendants, in and to the Land or CLAIM known as the LADYBIRD AND HAND OF FRIEND SHIP GOLDMINING COMPANY (REGISTERED), situate at the Thames Goldfield ; and, further, that I ill on WEDNESDAY, the 15th day of June, 1870, now next ensuing, SELL the same through James Ciiaig, Auctioneer, at the Large Room of the Pacific Hotel, Grahamstown, at 12 o'clock prompt, unless the debt and costs recovered in the above action be sooner satisfied.
