The subscribers have received instructions to sell, at the Land Matt, Fort-street, on Monday, 13th instant, at 12 o'clock, THE Delightfully Situated VILLA and GROUNDS, at Mount Eden, at present occupied .by J. C. Firth, Esq. The house, which is nearly new, contains Dining-room, Drawing-room, Parlour, Six Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath-room, &c, &c, and commands a view of the harbour and adjoining scenery, which cannot be excelled. The Outhouses, consist of Stable, Coach-house, Hay Loft, Groom's Room, Gaidenei's House, Washhouse, Cow-house, Cart-shed, &c, &c.
