As the interests of the Boats and Coal Mines will under this Company be united, the Company feel confident that in a short time, when everything has been put in working order, the Settlors will cease to have cause of complaint as to the short supply of Coal and want of punctuality in delivering Goods, The Charge for Freight will be the Fame as hitherto, bat the Directors intend taking an early opportunity to see whether any reduction can be made in the rates, consistent with leaving the Company a fair profit. The s.a 'Keera' will ( run from the Manukau to Waikato Heads, and the Company intend sending a boat to meet her there. Freights by this route will be advertised shortly. For the future Coals anl Frieght will have to be paid for in Cash on delivery. Mr. Franz Schertf will continue to forward Goods from Auckland. RICHARD R. HUNT, Manager.
