W. Fago, who [was arrested on Saturday upon the charge of supplying arms to the natives, contrary to the Act made and provided, was brought up before the R.M. this morning for examination. — He was charged with selling a needle rifle and ammunition to a native. — Upon the application of Inspector Thompson, he was remanded until Monday next, for the production of further evidence, bail being refused. The Waemoll Robbery Case. -Three men, named Steele, Sutherland, and Foster, were brought before the Court, charged with stealing from the Warmoll Cash Palace a quantity of wearing apparel, valued at £250. — A portion of the evidence against them was taken, when the case was remanded pending the ajrival of a witness from the Miranda Bedoubt, where a portion of the stolen property was found. — The Court waa crowded, great interest being taken in tho proceedings.
