AMUSEMENTS.
\ At the Prince of Wales Theatre last evening, | there was not a very large attendance, which 'may be accounted for by the very unsettled stateof the weather. The performance wa« therepeaisof "Caste"' and '-Up in the World," and which passed off as successfully as on previous representations, To-night will bo produced th« play of "The Will and tho Way," Mr. HaU appearing aa Old. Martin, after which he will "dance the Regatta Horn* pipe on the colours of the Auckland Bowing Club. The performance will conclude with " Sarah's Young Man." On Monday th» great sensational play of " Foul Play" will be produced. At the Duke of Edinburgh Theatre to* night, a complimentary benefit will be given to Mr. J. H. Le Roy, late lessee of that Theatre, by a number of gentleman amateurs connected with the Press, assisted by Madame DuretJ; on which occasion the plays of " Guy Mannering" and " The Irish Lion" will be produced. We hope to see a bumper house.
