Raffertyv. Westlake. —Claim, lf>s., for damages by trespass. Plaintiff complained that defendant's horses had broken down a gate, and he found them in his paddock. The gate would cost ten shilliags to replace, and the damage to his crop was five shillings. Jud>rment for plaintiff with costs. Wreford v. WlLKlNS.-^Claim, £918s., for board and lodging. No appearance of def endan fc. Judgment for "plaintiff by default. Fjlorance v. Wilson.—Claim, £12, for wages. Settled out of Court.
