NOTICE that, by DEED of JL ARRANGEMENT made under the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, bearing date the twenty-third day of December, 1869, made between Simon Lipstine, of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand, Merchant, of tho first part, Bernhardt Levy [and Louis Arthur Nathan, both of Auckland aforesaid, Merchants, of the second part, and all the Creditors of the said Simon Lipstone, of the third part, the said SIMON LIPSTINE did thereby CONVEY, assure, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over all his REAL and PERSONAL ESTATE to the said Bernhaedt Levy and Louis Arthur Nathan, in trust for the benefit of all his Creditors; and notice is hereby further given that the Creditors of the said Simon Lipstine are requested to signify their assent to or dissent from the said deed by notice in writing, addressed to the Trustees acting thereunder, addressed to the undersigned, withiufourteendays from this twentythird day of December, 1869.
