THE following notice of appointments to the Commission of the Peace, of gentlemen residents in the Province of Auckland, is re-published from the New Zealand Gazette' for general information. J. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint John SttaKj Esq., Henby Mahon Jertis, Esq., G-eobge Patbick Pierce, Esq., and G-eoege Eandall Johnson, Esq., of Auckland, to be Justices of the Peace for the Colony.
