MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.

At a meeting of the Columbian Gold* mining Company held at Mr. Ltwcellei'a. offices, Sbsrtlftftd* street, yesterday, it was reiolved:— "l. That the Company's office be at> the solicitor* offices, Shortlandstreet, Auckland, and that Mr, Lascelles be appointed legal manager, 2.
