At a meeting of the Columbian Gold* mining Company held at Mr. Ltwcellei'a. offices, Sbsrtlftftd* street, yesterday, it was reiolved:— "l. That the Company's office be at> the solicitor* offices, Shortlandstreet, Auckland, and that Mr, Lascelles be appointed legal manager, 2. Tbat sinking a shaft or other operation be postponed uutil $t committee of the Board can confer with the coining raanagtr oa the spot. 3. T4ia> Jackson Keddeli, Esq., be re« queited to join thd directory." An adjourned moetiug of the shareholder* of th« Tui Gold-mining Company wa« held yesterday afternoon. There we present alia somo mem. bars of the Cuckoo Claim who are deih'oua of amalgamating with the company, fending further steps the meeting wai again adjourned till Saturday next, to be held at 2/ p.m., in Mr. Gr. W. Jones's office, Royal Insurance Company, Queen* street. The shareholders in Clarkson's No. 2 Gold-mining Company are requested to attend a mooting to be heldafcthe Company's office, Graham's Town, at noon on Thursday next. An extraordinary tfieeting of the shareholders in the Teutonic Gold-mining Company %ill be held this eroding, at the office of Mr. J. M. Lennox, High -street, at half-past 7. The shareholders in the Belfait Claim are requested to attend a meeting to be held on Thursday next, at 3 o'clock, in Mr, U. S, Mueyors's ktore. A meeting of the directors of the Golden Turret Gold-mining Company was held at> the office of the legal manager (N. W.
