PRELIMINARY NOTICE. TO SPECULATORS, BANKERS, STORE' KEEPERS, ETC., ETC., ETC. EXTENSIVE LAND SALE AT GRAHAM'S TOWN. MR. JOHN BENNETT Has been instructed by Hobirt GBAHAM, E c q. , to sell by auction, at an early date, sufficient notice of which will be given, ALL THOSE VALUABLE ALLOTMENTS NOT YET DISPOSED OF IN GRAHAM'S TOWN, THAMES. In making Ibisannonncement the Auctioneer begs to call tbe attention of tbe public generally to the faot, tbat this centrally situated Township ia now rapidly having its importance recognised, aud that in a short time it will be as celebrated aa those Victorian townxhips, such as Ball »r at, B ndigo, dunes, &c, whera land, in an indescribably shoit period of time, owing to the development of the gold mines, rose fiom 20a. an acre to £30, £40, and £50 per foot. It is unnecessary for tbe Auctioneer to dwell upon the faot that, independently of the money just oommenciDg to be circulated in the formation of Government Works, Tramways, the .Extension of tbe Pier, the Lighting of the Town, &c, &c, &0., the Mines themselves, now being bo rapidly developed, disclosing, as they daily do, prospective advantages sooh as no country has trrer yet seen the like, must in itself offer a guaiautee of future and continued prosperity. It if, therefore, with perfeot faith that the Auctioneer now urges upon the public generally not to lose the last chance of seeming some of the few Allotments remaining unsold.
