3,000 ACSES, Of wliioli 2,451 acres are to be sold as above.

THIS MAGNIFICENT PROPERTY Is situated ia the Valley of the Turanga, fire miles from Howick and seven from Otahuhu, being seventeen miles distant from Auckland by road and sixteen by water.

The whole of the property to be sold is FENCED except 500 acres ; and, immediately adjoining the homestead, there are about 500 ACKES LAID DOWN IN GOOD GRASS, qualified as good pasture, and sub-divided into enclosures of a convenient size, all of which are abundantly supplied with water in all seasons.
