\ TI^HE property of the above Company consists of JL aboub six acres of highly auriferous ground, which is secured by an application for a lease. The Claim has been in occupation since August last, and the yield of gold obtained from the reef has averaged six ounces to the ton, in addition to which there is a depth of fourteen feet of rich alluvial, which requires Puddling Machinery only to extract the gold therefrom. The Company propose to erecfc such Puddling MacuineJry" at once, which will involve only a small outlay. In the meantime, the works will be continued in order to secure to the Shareholders an early dividend. Mining operations will be under the supervision of a thoroughly qualified and practical miuer, and all operations will be uuder the control of a Board of Directors, whilst the financial business of the Company will be conducted under the direction of tho Beard by a thoroughly qualified and competent legal manager, and the acoounts audited by a competent Accountant. There are no paid-up or sleeping shares in this Company, coLSequently all are interested rJike. latending shareholders may therefore rest satisned that the business of the Company will be conducted in a legitimate aud business-like manner. Mr. D, Grove, for mauy years well known in Australia &s a practical quartz-miner, has been appointed to examine the ground, and report on the best aud most economical mode of working the claim to advantage. A great deal of work hag been done in the claim, and fair dividends have been divided ; the working shareholders, however, being men without capital, have not beeu able to develop the property to any large extent ; and it is for this object, and for the more efficient working of the claim, that the present proprietors have decided to form themielves into a Company, and offer a portion of their interests to the public. The present proprietors take up 2,000 shares, and vow submit to the public the lemaining 2,000 »t a premium of ten shillings per share. Applications for shares, to be accompanied by ten shillings per share, to be made to Mr. Martin Sholt;, Mr. Fbederick Kisslinq, or to the Manager at the Company's Office, where every information can be obtained. Specimens from the Claim may be seen at Mr. F. Lewisson's, Queen-street.
