ASSAULT. Richard Fletcher, farmer, of Ring's Point, was brought .op charged by his wife Charlotte Fletcher with having assaulted her at Mount Albert on the 9th instant, aud also with threatening to do her grieTous bodily injury. The prisoner was remanded till Wedneiday next.
