Also, Adjoining Allotment, having a frontage to De Hirsch-street of 29 feet, upon which are erected Store House, Outhouse, &c, &c. The Auctioneer can confidently recommend this property ai a very desirable and profitable one. Atkinson to submit to' public competition, on Wednesday, 21st October, at tho Stafford Hotel, Brown-street, Graham's Town, at 12 o'clock precisely, A LL THAT WELL-KNOWN PROPERTY, THE STAFFORD HOTEL, and well known ai Atkinson's, The Hotel is erected upon Allotment 39 and part of 40, Brown-streefc, Graham's Town, and a short distance from Graham's Wharf. The position of the Hotel i« central, and commands the larger portion of tbe traffic trade between Shortland and Graham's Town. The STAFFORD HOTEL is a two-storied building, with balcony, commanding an extensive view of tbe harbour and surrounding country, and haß two spacious corridors ; also handsomely fitted Bar and Bar Parlour, Two frivate Parlours, large and well-ventilated Diningroom, and nine other Rooms, used as Private Sitting and Bedrooms. The Kitchen ia replete with every necessary and requisite for conducting the business of an extensive Hotel trade ; and attached, including large steam range with all modern appliances, are suitable apartments for the several servants of the establishments. Store and outhouses are provided and placed in convenient position. The Water Supply is abundant. Tanks, with taps, holding 900 gallons', are well arranged. The Hotel externally and internally is finished in a very superior style, and is furnished in a substantial and useful manner. The Cellar is well stocked with the best of Wines, Spirits, and Beer. J The Trade of the Hotel from its opening has been of a progressive nature, and, as the goldfield is developed and population increases, mutt continue to do so. Tbe superior style of the Hotel must at once stamp it as one of our leading places of resort. The Stock and Furniture may be taken at valuation, or such poitions as may suit purchasers ; the remainder to be sold by auction. The Auctioneer has authority from Mr. Atkinson to stati tbat ill health alone is the sole cause for placing the valuable property herein referred to in the market.
