Quotations are without change at 8 dollars to 8 dollars 25 cents for extra in half and quarter-sack*. Superfine of good grade i« jobbing at 7 dollars to 7 dollars 25 cents. Oregon is quotable at 6 dollars 50 cants to 6 dollars 75 cents for superfine. Wheat : Transactions as reported during the day have been confined to milling lots. One lot of good milling has been sold at a price which shows a slight weakening in asking rates ; in quotations, however, there is no material change. We qujte good to choice at 2 dollars 674 cents to 2 dollars 72$ cents. Sales of 875 Racks fair at 2 dollars 60 cento ; 200 ditto ditto, at 2 dollars 60 cents ; 100 jitt'to inferior, at 2 dollars 55 cents ; 160 ditto ditfro, at 2 dollars 574 cents ; 2,000 ditto good milling, at 2 dollars 674 cents. Barley ; Market quotable at 2 dollars to 2 dollars 5 cents for good to choice. A very choice lot of heavy brewing would probably command an advance on the latter figure. Sales include 250 sacks brewing at 2 dollars 5 cents ; 100 ditto ditto, at 2 dollars ; 250 ditto ditto, at 2 dollars ; 700 ditto, returned from Japan, at 2 dollars 5 cents ; 4,000 ditto, brewing, at 2 dollars 5 cents. Oats : Market quiet but firm. Sale of 175 sacks choice, at 2 dollars 274 c< ntfla Potatoes: Sale of 200 saoks Union City at 1 dollar 30 oents ; good to choice Humboldts quotable at 1 dollar 40 cants from wharf in round lots, jobbing sales from itore being effected ac 1 dollar 50 oents to 1 dollar 55 oents, as to qualvy. Beans : Sale of 150 a*oks choioe Baynl. private ; quotable from first hands at 3} oents j jobbing at 4 oants to 4$ cents. Sugar: Sale of 220,0001b. Central American, refining grades, ex *A. D. Samborn,' to California Refinery, on terms reserved ; best deicriptions of circle A crushed are quoted at 14 oents. A.n inferior quality of the same mark, we understand, is selling at 13$ cents. Molasses : Sale of 265 barrels Hawaiian, a portion of the lot being slightly damaged, on terms reserred; quotable in order at 35 cents. Oil : Sale of 70 casks lard, private ; quotable at 1 dollar 10 cents.
