The steamers Tauranga and Enterprise No. 2 arrived from the Thames on Saturday evening, with fall complements of passengers ; together with a number of sailing vessels, in ballast. The Colonial Government steamer Sturfc, Captain Fairchild, got up steam yesterday morning, and proceeded to the Kawau with despatches for Sir George Grey, forwarded by the Colonial Government. The s.s. Star of the South, Captain ttendall, left the harbour on Saturday morning for Napier, with a large general cargo and ten passengers. The schooner Onehuoga, Captaia Smith, sailed fur Dunedin yesterday morning, with a full cargo of potatoes. The schooner Argo and cutters Wangarei and Hero sailed on Saturday for Whangarei, with stores and passeDgers ; and the schooners Sea Breeze and Herald for the Bay of Islands, with cargo and passengers. The schooner Percy sails to-day for Whangapoua, to load fawn timber for Fort Lytteltop, The schooner Kenilworth, Captain McKenzie, sailed yesterday morning for Ngunguru, to load timber before clearing out for New Caledonia. The s.s Midge, Captain Stewatt, left the wharf for the Thames on Saturday morning, with passengers. The schooner Coquette sails for Mercury Bay this morning, to load timber for Oamaru, Christchuroh. The ketch Speedwell saila for Port Lyttelton to-day, with a full cargo of timber. The cutter Avon took a powerful steam engine and crushing machine to the Thames on Saturday.
