For the purposes of this and the following regulation the word cattle shall be deemed ~ and taken 'to mean and include horses, mares, colts, fillies, asses, mules, bulls, cows, steers, cahres, ramf, ewes, sheep, Jambs, goata, tod «wine, and shall be deemed add taken to mean and include and apply to any one animal of the said several kinds. '"

Np" person shall within the limits of the proclaimed s»ldfield ply for hire any cart, carnage, or other Wheeled vehicle, drawn by horse, horses, or, or oxen, unless he be the holder of a license duly empowering him in that behalf. Such licenses shall be issued by the Warden on' payment of a fee of one (£IJ pound for each carfc, car, or other such wheeled tTehiole, owned or vied by the applicant. Every person holding such license shall paint on some conspicuous place on the right side of each cart, car,f carriage, or other wheeled vehicle so licensed, his nune and the words licensed carter, in letters of j not less th.n one and a half (H) inches in length with a proportionate breadth.
