Drunkinmss.— J«mes Sweeney wm charged with being drunk, and wa« fined 20s. and costs, or to under* go 48 hours' imprisonment in default, with xeren days additional, this being his third offence.
Embezzlement. — Edward MoAlliaton was brought np on » charge of embezzling moneys to the extent of £4, the property of his employer, Mr. J. C. Whitty. —Sergeant- Major Molloy applied for a remand, as the prosecutor was unable to attend the Court that day. A remand was granted until Saturday. —This concluded the business.
