Monday, the second day of March, 1868. UPON hearing Mr. Hesketh of oounsel for the above-named Daniel Collins, and upon reading the said petition and the statement of the said Daniel Collins, and the affidavit thereto annexed sworn and filed herein, it is ordered that the said DANIEL COLLINS be and he is hereby ADJUDGED a BANKRUPT within the true intent and meaning of the above-mentioned Act. And it is further ordered that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the said Daniel Collins, called the first meeting, be held at the Supreme Courthouse at Auokland aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the twelfth day of March instant, at twehe o'clock, noon. UPON reading the above-named Petition, filed herein on the 28th day of February last past, and the order made herein on the said 28th day of February, and the statement of the said Daniel Simpson, and the affidavit thereto annexed, sworn and filed hertin on the said 28th day of February ; and the amended petition for adjudication, and the affidavit thereto annexed, sworn and filed herein on the 2nd day of March now instant; and' on hearing Mr. Heseeth of counsel for the said Daniel Simpson, it is ordered that the said DANIEL SIMPSON be and he is hereby ADJUDGED a BANKRUPT, within the^ true intent and meaning of the said Aot. And it is further ordered that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of tiie said Dantel Simpson, called the first meeting, be held at the Supreme Conrc-house, at Auckland aforesaid, on WEDNESDAY, the lltb day of Itlarch instant, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon.
