At * quarterly meeting of the Hope of Auckland Tent of the 1. 0.X., held on Monday evening last in the Tent-room, Edwardos-street, the following resolutions weret unanimously agreed to : — "Tbat this Tent request the District Chief Ruler, District Deputy Ruler, and the District Secretary, to forward to the Royal Reception Committee their respective n»me3, as the representatives of the Independent Order of Rechabites, in connection with the anticipated arrival iv Auckland of H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburgh." " That the members of this Tent are respectfully requested to attend in regalia and assist in the forthcoming public reception of H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburgh."
